If your profile looks suspicious, staff may review your account
If your account has been leaked to the public, it may be temporarily restricted for security
If our system detects abnormal activity on your account, it may be flagged for review
If your account is compromised, please contact support immediately
Using a fake identity or impersonating someone else is not allowed
3 Prohibited Actions
By using our service, you agree not to do any of the following:
- Transfer/Sell an account with the used invite
- Sell forum invites
- Hack any other users of the forum
- Create alt accounts with the used invites
- Trying to crack/hack the product
- Violate any forum rules
- Any transfer of subscriptions
- Linking someone else's HWID
- Providing loader access to another person
- Exploit any vulnerabilities in the system without telling the staff
- Showing any other product other than NeverFall
- Talking about selling invites/subscriptions or products not in the official reseller or store
- Sharing internal discussions, logs, or product details outside the platform is strictly forbidden
- Attempting to bypass IP, HWID, or other restrictions may result in account restrictions
- Running other cheats or suspicious software while using the product is not recommended
- Any attempt to analyze, debug, or modify the product may result in account restrictions
- Logging in from multiple countries within a short period may trigger a security review
- Attempting to disguise or spoof your HWID/IP may result in account restrictions
- Please avoid discussing sensitive moderation actions on external platforms
- Sharing or selling invites/subscriptions outside official channels is not allowed
- Discussing internal security measures or reverse-engineering attempts is discouraged
4 Limitation of Liability
NeverFall is not responsible for any damages arising from your use of our services. Use the platform at your own risk.
5 Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.
