1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2 User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Refrain from engaging in any activities that could harm our platform or other users.

If your profile looks suspicious to a staff, they may remove uid / ban your account

If your account has been leaked to the public, it will be blocked

Staff can ban you or remove your uid for any reason, even if it's not written anywhere about it

If our system detects abnormal activity on your account (such as rapid IP changes or multiple device logins), your account may be flagged or banned

If your account is compromised due to your negligence, it will be banned

Any attempt to appeal a ban or question staff decisions publicly will lead to further restrictions

Using a fake identity or impersonating someone else will result in an immediate blacklist

Staff can monitor your activity at any time without prior notice

If you are banned, no money will be refunded for all subscriptions and products

3 Prohibited Actions

By using our service, you agree not to do any of the following:

Transfer/Sell an account with the used invite
Sell forum invites
Hack any other users of the forum
Create alt accounts with the used invites
Trying to crack/hack the product
Violate any forum rules
Any transfer of subscriptions
Linking someone else's HWID
Providing loader access to another person
Exploit any vulnerabilities in the system without telling the staff
Showing any other product other than NeverFall
Talking about selling invites/subscriptions or products not in the official reseller or store
Sharing internal discussions, logs, or product details outside the platform is strictly forbidden
Attempting to bypass IP, HWID, or any other restrictions will lead to a permanent ban
Running other cheats, debuggers, or suspicious software while using the product is forbidden
Any attempt to analyze, debug, or modify the product will result in an instant ban
Talking about bans or moderation decisions publicly will result in further punishment
Logging in from multiple countries within a short period is prohibited. This will be treated as account sharing and result in a ban
Attempting to disguise or spoof your HWID/IP to evade detection will result in a permanent blacklist
Mentioning bans, leaks, or moderation actions on external platforms (Discord, Telegram, форумы и т.д.) строго запрещено
Even joking about selling or sharing invites/subscriptions can lead to a ban
Discussing internal security measures or reverse-engineering attempts publicly or privately is a bannable offense

4 Limitation of Liability

NeverFall is not responsible for any damages arising from your use of our services. Use the platform at your own risk.

5 Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.
